I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a few months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
